What we are looking for…
The right candidate will be a highly motivated problem solver with a can-do attitude. Has the ability to work in a fast-paced tech environment and excellent communication skills at various levels, up to director level. Attention to detail and the skills to manage and communicate complicated information to non-technical clients are key. The applicant should have tight organisational and time management skills along with strong presentation and negotiation abilities. A confident and persuasive manner both inside and outside the business is also crucial. Some previous experience of working in a HR environment is preferred, but not essential.
To support the implementation and roll out of VIBE to blue chip organisations, supporting the end to end process. To be the point of contact for the client for all technical aspects.
