Our ONE service is joining forces with Market Culture to create a series of expert-led, educational and inspiring events aimed at CEOs, HR Directors, Managers and Consultants.
The series of events will take place in London from 13th September and promise to delve into the drivers behind creating a customer-focused culture within organisations. Attendees will discover internal strategies that will help to drive top line growth through the implementation of outstanding customer experiences and loyalty via employee engagement.
Dr Linden Brown, author of Marketing Book of The Year 2015, The Customer Culture Imperative will be running Market Responsiveness Index™ Accreditation Workshops, and well as speaking at our ONE at Café Royal event where he will be imparting actionable take-aways on how to build a customer-centric culture within your organisation.
