Rebranding Select Developements

As part of our ongoing relationship with the sophisticated property developers, Select Developments, we recently undertook a corporate re-brand of the company’s existing marketing collateral and web-site.

Select Developments were looking to re-brand their already established company to signal a change in direction as a much more client-facing business. Moving away from more exclusive residential developments, the company was now looking to appeal towards more affordable, multi-unit developments in the London commuter belt areas. The main focus of the re-brand was to create a new audience of buy-to-let investors and home buyers. At Laws of Attraction, we felt this required a stylish, modern, yet friendly look and feel to reposition the company.

Select Developments

Graham Forbes, Laws of Attraction Creative Director said ‘The Select Developments monogram we have created as part of this rebrand is everything I believe a logo should be – simple, elegant and intelligent. It’s not easy to tell a brand’s story with a single mark, but we have really captured the essence of Select Developments with this particular piece of design.’
