Wishing everyone a very Happy New Year. Our continued purpose for 2019 is to help people improve their relationships.
Hot on the agenda this year is:
1 - Recognising the barriers and defence mechanisms that prevent people from achieving their 2019 good intentions.
2 - The National Mentoring Awards. The National Mentoring Awards were launched to create inspirational role models across every sector of business, education, sport and society. Taking place on 1 March 2019 in London, and hosted by BBC broadcaster Reggie Yates, the awards will give public recognition for ‘mentoring excellence’ to individuals and organisations.
3 – Big data and how to harness it regularly from colleagues, customers and suppliers to start conversations to improve relationships.
4 - Quantifying the intangible cost of culture: does it really improve the bottom line?
5 - The true cost of business – how to engage colleagues to generate ideas to create a more conscious culture.
