We are delighted to be working with ZeniMax Media, a true innovator and one of the leading global producers of interactive entertainment. We will be working with their global Senior Leadership Team and the UK Management team to deliver a bespoke 12-month leadership programme. Using our Vibe 360 platform, we will also work with the leaders and managers on a one to one basis, providing feedback and coaching to support the roll-outof the programme.
ZeniMax creates and publishes original interactive entertainment content for all leading entertainment systems. Its Bethesda Softworks division, founded in 1986, enjoys an enviable reputation as a leading publisher of award-winning video games. The ZeniMax group also includes some of the most acclaimed development studios in the world, producing an enviable roster of accolade-winning titles such as The Elder Scrolls®, Fallout®, DOOM®, RAGE®, Wolfenstein®, Prey®, Dishonored®, The Evil Within® and QUAKE®.
Following last year’s workshop with ZeniMax Media’s SLT that centred on their MBTI types and team dynamics, we are delighted to be invited back to produce this vital talent initiative. Our unique development programmes focus on the strengths of the individual and their relationship network, empowering them to build self-awareness and confidence, and in turn to become more effective communicators.
We have designed a specially tailored programme to help the leaders and managers at ZeniMax truly understand their current leadership behaviours and management habits and how these fit in with the culture of the company. This will allow us to finetune specific skillsets to provide better insights regarding leadership skills and staff development.
The relationships people create in business have the power to define them as an effective leader, and so we focus on the art of building them. Our leadership development programme increases self-awareness, builds empathy and encourages leaders to embrace diversity of thought and new ways of learning; thus developing a growth mindset. Leaders with such a mindset can build trust, empower teams, increase passion, and ensure they are empathetic to work/life balance. This creates a high-performance culture for all, as managers are then able to develop their own personal leadership brand which will result in improved communication and better-quality relationships.
